Leadership Academy

All our teachers and students are trained to become the leaders of tomorrow. We strongly believe that every teacher and student is gifted. We inspire and motivate our teachers and students to give their best.

The schools conduct GBM for the incharges every week, conduct GBM for the teachers every month to explain the roles and responsibilities of the incharges, teachers etc. All our teachers belong to atleast 1 committee like Cultural Committee, Assembly Committee, Discipline Committee, Dance Committee, Prize committee etc. Some of our teachers are selected as House Masters, Deputy House Masters and all the teachers and students are divided into 4 houses.The House Masters, Deputy House Masters motivate their teachers and students to bring the best out of them in Academics, Communication Skills, Discipline, Sports, Dance, Cultural Competitions etc.All the Festivals and Functions in our schools are celebrated by the teachers and students coming together like a team. Slow learners are taken care of by our well trained teachers after the school hours.

Our students are given the chance of becoming Class Leaders, Asst. Class Leaders, House Captains, House Vice Captains to develop the leadership skills in them like being an example to others, managing the students, helping the weak students, supporting the teachers etc. The students are also trained to take part in anchoring, dance, yoga, karate, Robotics, Abacus, arts and craft, essay writing, sports competitions at various levels etc.
